Sherah Reeves - Support Coach
Support Coach - What does that mean?
When I decided to get involved in this unique website, I was so excited, however, once I realised I would need to be photographed and videoed in workouts, old insecurities resurfaced. I felt the familiar pressure to diet and be thin re-emerge. I still haven't lost all of my child baring related weight, yet I am suppose to show you all that it can be done! I mostly make good eating choices to fuel my body and I am very active, but I confess that I did attempt a last minute diet. Not long after I started, I felt deprived and ended up making worse eating choices. Old dieting habits die hard. I realised then that this was my chance to be a supportive role model, not a bikini model. I am a real mum, I have clothes waiting patiently in my cupboard for me to fit again, but I am happy, active and healthy. I would like to support other mums as we go through this journey together to achieve greater health, confidence and vitality.

Sherah is an official ambassador of 'Body for Women', the female focused range from Body Science. Sherah loves Body Science for their wide range of supplements and the slimming compression workout clothing. As a busy mum, time is precious.
