Rhiannon Lovell
A certified personal trainer, wellness coach and exercise and pregnancy instructor -- not to mention busy mum of two -- Rhiannon is an expert on women's health and is obsessed with optimal wellbeing. As director of her own fitness company, emit fitness, her personal mission is to help women of all ages become as fit and healthy as possible by providing solutions to help create lasting life changes. In addition to her one-on-one personal training, coaching sessions and popular women's outdoor group training, Rhiannon also specialises in injury rehabilitation and assists women who have particular health concerns such as pelvic floor issues, hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular disease to get moving and keep moving. Even though Rhiannon pursues an active way of life, she has suffered her own personal health challenges. After a couple of turning point moments, she has embraced a holistic lifestyle that encourages simplicity. Move more. Eat natural, real food. Get a decent amount of sleep. And spend lots of time with your loved ones. She believes that by enriching our lives with these things, we will have less sickness, more health and loads of energy! In addition to a Certificate IV in Fitness and an Exercise and Pregnancy accreditation from the Australian Graduate School of Health and Sports Science, Rhiannon also has an Advanced Diploma in Education (majoring in Adult Education), is a qualified wellness coach with Wellness Coaching Australia and is currently studying Exercise and Sports Science at Central Queensland University.
