I love to help people look and feel their best and I have been doing for nearly 20 years! It is my passion as well as my own way of life. 20 Years Experience, Tertiary Educated and an Innovative Approach I am a full time, established personal trainer in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. I have worked in London, Bangkok and now Sydney where I live with my family. I have a BSc in Biological Sciences as well as numerous certificates in massage, injury rehabilitation, meditation and NLP. I enjoy sharing my knowledge through the written word and have been featured in Body and Soul, Nine to Five, Time Out and numerous other publications. I have trained mums to be throughout their pregnancy as well as help mums get back in shape after baby, lose 10kg and run the city to surf for the first time! My Philosophy, Your Success I believe optimal health and fitness is achieved by a commitment to simple and realistic lifestyle changes that you be easily sustain as part of a busy life. Being a father of two small children I am acutely aware of the fragile balance of time parents have for exercise and health and the greater need to make a priority for mental, emotional and physical needs and benefits.
